Mounted on hidden self-closing slides, the drawers close slowly for a neat a tidy look. Their meticulously hand-stained interiors are covered with a wonderful silky finish that is gentle even on the most delicate fabrics. Graced with a tasteful grouping of horizontal birch planks, the headboard steals the show. Available in multiple configurations from simple to dramatic, it can be stained and finished or covered in fabric or leather for added warmth and comfort. The bed base comes with either a wooden platform or Italian slats and does not require a box spring. For ease of maintenance and a polished style, the frame is slipcovered in fabric or leather featuring a 45-degree double stitch at each corner.
