-All accidental stains, burns, rips, tears or punctures

-Water or beverage marks 

-Scratches penetrating the topcoat finish of hard surfaces

-All accidental dents, gouges or chipping of hard surfaces

-Seam separation and tufting

-Peeling of solid wood or veneer

-Failure of assembled joints

-Loss of silvering on mirrors

-Breakage of frames

-Breakage of Springs

-Mechanisms of sleeper or recliners including heater and vibrators

-Breakage of glass or Mirrors [Does not included accent mirrors]

-Failure of electrical components [Does not cover any lights or light bulbs only components]

-Warping

-Lifting of Veeners

-Checking, Craking, or Bubbling
